Erin is a registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner with the Department of the Federal Attorney-General, pursuant to the Family Act 1975 (Cth) and a Nationally Accredited Mediator.

Our Services

Mediation (FDR) Parenting & Property

Engaging in mediation allows the parties to make the decisions, avoid lengthy and expensive court processes and reach agreement on parenting issues and financial matters.

Issuing Section 60i Certificates & Genuine Effort

Erin is authorised by the Attorney-General Department to issue section 60i certificates (parenting) and Genuine effort (property), which may be required before applying for Orders in the Family Court.

Parenting Plans & Heads of Agreement

We help you understand the difference in Parenting Plans and Consent Orders. If agreement is reached for parenting, we will provide you a Parenting Plan. If agreement is reached for property, we will provide you a Heads of Agreement.

Face-to-Face or Shuttle Approach

Sessions can be provided online with a face-to-face model or shuttle model (Parties see only the mediator, and not the other party), or in person on the Sunshine Coast.

Child-inclusive Mediation

We can facilitate a child consultant to work with the child/children to determine their needs and wishes. Feedback is then provided to the parties to assist in the discussion.
